New Home Grout Sealing in Fishhawk

A gentleman called from the Fishhawk community in Lithia, FL wondering if it is recommended to get your grout sealed right after closing on his newly built home.  We informed him that it is definitely highly recommended due to grout being very porous and also recommended to get the grout sealed in his brand new shower stalls and tiled tub surrounds as well for the same reason.  This is so the grout is easier to maintain while cleaning and stays cleaner much longer in the future.  We also educated him on what products to use to maintain the grout to ensure the grout sealer/colorant lasts as long as possible.
